Want to spend less time prepping and more time enjoying your meals? This hands‑on class teaches essential knife skills so you can work safely, confidently, and more efficiently in the kitchen. Learn how to choose the right knife, proper grip and cutting techniques, and how to care for your blades to keep them performing at their best.

Whether you’re new to cooking or looking to sharpen your skills, you’ll leave with practical techniques you can use every time you cook. Let’s get slicing and dicing.

Class Details • When: Saturday, October 17th Duration: 1.5 hours • Led by a Wüsthof Representative • Session 1 Time: 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. • Session 2 Time: 1:00 PM- 2:30 PM • 12 participants per session • $25 per person.
