From the mind of Rose Levy Beranbaum — the legendary, James Beard Award–winning baker and author — and the precision engineering of ThermoWorks, comes the Hi-Temp Reduction Spatula - Rose Levy Beranbaum Signature Series.
This isn’t just another spatula. It’s a precision instrument for cooks and bakers who demand accuracy, performance, and results.
Designed to eliminate guesswork, the Hi-Temp Reduction Spatula features six bold, high-contrast measurement ticks along the blade. Reducing jam by half? Start at the “3” mark and stop at “1½” — no eyeballing, no over-reducing, and no wasted ingredients.
But measurement is only the beginning. Every detail is built to perform:
Ultra-thin edge scrapes bowls, jars, and pans down to the last drop
Perfectly balanced silicone — flexible enough to glide, sturdy enough to hold firm
Heat resistant to 600°F — ideal for bubbling reductions and hot sugar
White-on-red measurement marks stay visible even when covered in jam
Sized to fit jars, bowls, saucepans, and Dutch ovens with ease
Dishwasher safe — because precision should never be a hassle
This is what happens when world-class baking insight meets ThermoWorks quality. It’s not just a spatula. It’s your new secret weapon.
Made with Food-safe, BPA- and PFAS-free silicone.
