The Escali Long Stem Deep Fry/Candy Thermometer will help you get your deep fryer oils at the correct temperature, or even your candy at the right temperatures for making. This probe is oven and dishwasher safe. It is created with an extra long stem that allows it to reach further into a larger cooking vessel.
