This board is the smallest in our One Hander Series of cutting boards. As the name suggests, the One Handers are specifically designed to be thinner and lighter so they are more manageable and can be moved easily about the kitchen or work space. The Small One Hander kitchen board can also be used where space is limited or as a beautiful hors d’oeuvre presentation board. Passionate chefs and home cooks are recommended to have one as a second board for onions, garlic, herbs, etc. The durable, self-healing board made of end grain larch offers a smooth, impact-resistant and knife friendly cutting surface while the soft rubber feet, fastened to the underside with stainless steel screws, allow the board to be picked up effortlessly, ensure good ventilation under the board and to prevent slippage on the countertop
