Cabin Chef with Sara Watson

Sara Watson is a chef, a restaurateur, and a mother of four. She earned an Art History degree from the University of Minnesota, and went on to apprentice at Keystone Ranch in Colorado, to learn to cook in a professional kitchen.

Following her apprenticeship, Sara and her husband Eric moved to Fargo. Together they ran a successful catering business, and operated three restaurants including Maxwell’s, Mezzaluna and Rustica.

In 2020 Sara opened Blackboard near Vergas, Minnesota, in lakes country. She resides in Moorhead, Minnesota. This is her first cookbook.
